Every week, I send my dancers home with two “homework” assignments:
1. Practice!
2. Do something nice for someone.
I want to spread not just the passion to dance, but also help grow my dancers into kind, giving, and loving young ladies and gentlemen.
Tonight, I had many dancers anxious to tell me about their good deeds that included giving half of their halloween candy away to send to the troops and helping an elderly lady in church. My heart melted hearing their stories.
With so many negative things happening in this world, we have to remember the little things in life.
I hope you all have a great week!
Xoxo,
Miss. Colleen
